PRIVACY POLICY.
Last updated: September 2026. This policy describes how Agents Alliance (the "Alliance"), operating as an independent real estate industry platform, collects, uses and protects information submitted through this website.
1 · What we collect
Through our forms we collect what you choose to provide: name, contact details, business information, licensing and service details, opportunity details, and any message you send. Forms also record the source page, form type, date and time, and referral source so submissions arrive with context.
2 · How we use it
We use submitted information to respond to inquiries, scope and deliver the services requested, operate the Exchange (matching opportunities and professional needs), administer network membership, verify professional licensing and appointment information where authorized, and improve the platform. Where the law requires it, referral-related compensation is never characterized as payment for referrals.
3 · Structured, CRM-ready handling
Form data is stored in structured fields with source, type, date and referral context, so the right part of the Alliance handles it and no one has to re-ask what you already answered.
4 · Sharing
Information is shared only with the parties necessary to deliver the service you requested: the licensed professional, company or provider matched to your opportunity or application, and the service providers that operate the platform. We do not sell your personal information.
5 · Security and retention
We apply reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information. Information is retained only as long as needed for the purposes described here or as required by law.
6 · Licensed data disclaimer
Property and transaction information provided through the platform is informational. Licensed professional services are performed only by the licensed professionals and companies who hold the appropriate licenses, and their professional obligations are governed by their own terms and the law of their jurisdictions.
7 · Your choices
You may ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information you submitted, or withdraw consent to a specific use, by contacting us at (702) 817-7590. We will respond in line with applicable law.
8 · Changes
We may update this policy as the platform evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date.
